If Having Trouble Finding The Preloaded App (If Firestick is Purchased From Us Preloaded)
If you have purchased a Firestick from us that’s already preloaded and cannot find the app follow the steps below.
1. Click on the gear icon on top right, and click Applications
2. Scroll down to “Manage Installed Applications” & Click on it
3. Scroll down until you find the On Xstream TV App and click on it.
4. Once in the App find “Launch Application” & click it.
The App will load and it will appear in your Applications now and can be moved to the Home Screen.
